Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the product in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping center, making sure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
